How do I create folders in My ePortfolio?

To create a folder, first locate the folder within which you would like your new folder to be placed. After you have selected the root folder, click the Add Folder button. Type in a title for the folder and click the OK button.

How do I add resources or files to My ePortfolio?

When you are in the ePortfolio Manager, click the folder into which you would like to insert files. Once you have the folder selected, click the "Upload File" button. Ensure that the correct folder is selected and click the Choose File button. Locate the item on your computer, select the file, and click the "Open" button. Finally, click the Upload button to upload the file to your ePortfolio.

You may also upload more than one file at a time by clicking the Add File button after you have selected one file for uploading.

How do I move files from one folder to another in My ePortfolio

To move a file from one folder to another, locate the file that you would like to move and click the pencil icon associated with that file. The "Add Bookmark" window will then appear presenting the information regarding that file. The folder under the My ePortfolio Folders that appears by default is the current folder in which the file is located. To change this folder, click the shaded bar with that folder in it to bring up a drop-down menu that contains the rest of the folders. Select the folder into which you would like to move the file and click the Save button.

How do I delete files from My ePortfolio?

Once you have an image saved to your computer, open the Edit view for the webpage onto which you like to insert the image and click the "Add from ePortfolio" button in the toolbar.  Click the Upload File button and locate the file on your computer.  Once uploaded, check the box associated with the image and click the Insert Selected button.  You may then manipulate the image as you need.
