My Philosophy of Education

I believe it is the right of all children to receive an education in an environment that they feel safe in. Risks need to be made in order for learning to occur, and the environment must include trust so that children feel free to take those risks. All children have strengths, and it is the job of the educator to find that strength and show the child how to use it so that child may reach for success. The child, their parents, and the teacher are all partners together. We must all be invested in what is going on in the classroom if the student is to achieve success.
