Microsoft Forms is a new part of Office 365 Education that allows teachers and students to quickly and easily create custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more. When you create a form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading.

This tool was developed with educators in mind.  As it's a relatively new program, it is expected that new updates and features will be added to further enhance its capabilities.  If you've ever used Google Forms or Survey Monkey, you will find this tool to be similar.

The videos below will guide users through the process - from creation of an assessment, sending the assessment out, to viewing results.
