Dear Parents,

     If at anytime you need to contact me during school hours please call the school office and leave a message. Please provide a phone number and best time to contact you. I return phone calls after dismissal and before school starts. Unless it is an emergency, I do not accept calls between 9am - 3pm because this is when I am teaching and do not feel it is appropriate to have conversations on the phone while the children are present. You can leave me a message on my voicemail and I will return your call as soon as possible (please leave your name, number, and reason for calling). If a problem arises in class with your child and I feel it is important to contact you during class, you may recieve a phone call from myself or your child. I only make phone calls from the school phone therefore you will need to be sure to pick up if the school name or number comes across.

     I do realize that parent conference schedules are not always at a convient time during the school year. I would be happy to meet with any parent before or after school hours if you have any concerns that arise and you would like a face to face meeting. Please send a note with your child or call the office and leave a message requesting a meeting. There are times when I am unable to stay after school hours so please request a meeting in advance. I usually schedule meetings before school 8-8:30 or afterschool 3-3:30.
